Meet and Greet Service Packages
No one should face treatment alone. To use the Meet and Greet Service, your hospital must request it on your behalf. Hospitals submit a completed request with supporting documents to MHTC at least three working days prior to your arrival or departure. You will need a doctor's or hospital letter that specifies your medical treatment details and a return ticket as proof of departure from Malaysia.
Meet and Greet Service
RM 189.00/per person
Tax Inclusive
At RM189 per companion (tax inclusive), patients can bring up to two loved ones with them, with full accompaniment throughout their care journey in Malaysia.

Getting your medical visa to come to Malaysia is straightforward. We've broken it down into four simple steps so you can focus on your health, not the paperwork.
Step 1: Hospital Appointment Letter
Contact an MHTC member hospital for your appointment letter in English with treatment details and your personal information.
Step 2: MHTC Support Letter
The hospital provides an MHTC support letter to facilitate your visa application. This letter demonstrates that you are coming for legitimate medical treatment at a registered facility.
Step 3: Apply for Medical eVISA
Apply online with your valid passport (6 months validity), appointment letter, MHTC support letter, return ticket, accommodation proof, and passport photo. Processing takes 3 to 5 working days.
Step 4: Print and Travel
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your eVISA approval letter. Print a copy and keep the digital version on your phone. Present both when you arrive in Malaysia.
